The Sugar Dandies ‘as seen on Britain’s Got Talent – Series 6’ If you ever need a pink poodle, dancing bear costume or anything truly fabulous, do not hesitate to call Marie Kirkby. Her work takes pride of place on our costume rack!

David Greenwood – Pegasus PR We tasked Marie with designing and creating a bespoke, man-sized, turkey costume for use during a national road show. From initial contact through to final delivery, Marie was a pleasure to work with – going above and beyond to ensure the costume was delivered on time and that it surpassed all expectations. Highly recommended!

Anthony Mullen – Drongomala I commissioned two Planet of the Apes outfits (orangutan and chimp) from Marie and was delighted with the result. The consultation was the right blend of listening and guiding me on the right choices for garment creation. Fitting was fun! She is a thorough professional and your exotic projects are safe in her hands.

Natasha Schofield Marie helped me in a last minute crisis! Creating a bespoke ringmaster’s jacket from rushed measurements and no fitting. She created the finished product in just 5 days from the initial enquiry. The finished product was fantastic. Great quality and fitted perfectly. Highly recommended!

Edward Jenkins – GamerI have commissioned some cosplays for use at major gaming events throughout the UK. For example, at Ayacon and Amecon, the UK’s two biggest animation and gaming events. To see some of the work undertaken Google Image search “ayacon duke” and I will be the first 1-8 results.
If you want to bring something to life from photos, games, media, a drawing, etc. Marie will be able to do this, with near exact accuracy and with exceptional quality and service. Using all the correct materials, if they are required, such a neoploy for a survival suited character and leather for a jacketed character.
Balancing out the review, I would say that you don’t get the above without paying for it and that Marie might be a bit more expensive than others if you want the type of work I’ve described above. But you definitely get what you pay for. If you are looking for something cheap and in bulk, they may be able to accommodate you anyway, as with all places with excellent service you have but to ask.

Betka Finn – Happy bride I had an idea for a wedding dress from the Edwardian era but the creation and adaptation of this embryonic vision was all the work enthusiasm of Marie. She has outstanding skill and insight backed up with ability which helped create the most amazing dress which truly made me feel like a princess. Thank you so much Marie xx.
